Cohesion Methodology

Cohesion is the term used to describe the methodology developed by Full Visibility that delivers a framework for the development of software solutions. Cohesion incorporates key aspects of several development methodologies that, based on years of collective experience in systems design, provides the highest quality solutions for our clients while minimizing costs.

The agile development methodology adheres to planned increments or sprints, prioritization of capabilities based upon business value re-evaluated after each sprint, and a premium placed on customer interaction and risk management. However, through the introduction of business requirements Confirmation and Prioritization (CAP), Cohesion incorporates the flexibility to support additional rigor related to requirements definition prior to the development phase.

This flexibility allows Full Visibility to provide an accurate baseline estimate for the lifecycle development costs enabling more reliable project planning.

Throughout the development life-cycle, Cohesion enables effective change management with respect to business requirements definition by providing a framework to effectively manage project impacts to schedule, scope and cost.
