A Northern Virginia native, Rob leads Full Visibility operations as the company’s managing partner, President, CFO, and Facility Security Officer. Over the past 17 years, Rob has cultivated a celebrated work culture that has garnered the top Best Place to Work ranking by the Washington Business Journal while also averaging an annual growth rate of 21% over the past decade. Prior to founding Full Visibility, Rob held leadership roles in several Fortune 500 companies, including Verizon Communications and AOL LLC. Outside of Full Visibility, Rob spends most of his time watching live music, traveling whenever possible, pulling for the Washington Capitals, and following his kids’ volleyball and hockey sports travel endeavors. He also sits on several management boards in the Northern Virginia area. Rob is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Management Science) from Virginia Tech. and a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Tom leads Full Visibility’s business development and service delivery efforts, driving our team to deliver exceptional solutions that meet and exceed the unique needs of our Federal Government clients. As one of Full Visibility’s founders, Tom works to ensure continuity of innovation and growth with our industry partners and clients. He also leads several of our project teams supporting critical law enforcement and national security missions. Prior to founding Full Visibility, Tom worked as a Software Developer, Product Manager, and Program Director at several Fortune 500 companies, such as AOL LLC, UBS, and Verizon Communications. In his spare time, Tom enjoys hiking and trail running, and gives back to the community through his involvement in several charitable organizations within Northern Virginia. Tom is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.

Dave joined Full Visibility in 2008 and has served as a technical expert supporting our federal government clients. Dave has over 20 years of experience delivering technical solutions and program management support to law enforcement and national security missions focused on innovation software and data solutions. Dave is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Samantha is a branding and communications strategist that is responsible for fostering Full Visibility’s brand and partnerships in support of our Federal Government contracts. She supports our business development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition operations that keep Full Visibility a Best Place to Work. Prior to Full Visibility, Samantha was a recognized counterterrorism expert, specializing in terrorist propaganda and use of the internet, at the Central Intelligence Agency where she was an inaugural recipient of the George H.W. Bush Intelligence Officer Award. Samantha spends her free time with her husband and boys, and designing events and curating content for her millennial lifestyle blog. She also enjoys following pop culture, traveling, going to concerts, and coaching youth soccer in Northern Virginia. Samantha holds two Bachelors of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from American University.

As a Northern Virginia native, Brandy is a senior talent acquisition manager specializing in recruiting cleared technical talent. Brandy has a robust approach to finding and attracting top technical talent that ensures Full Visibility finds the best fit for sensitive mission-critical positions. Prior to joining Full Visibility, Brandy has served as a senior technical recruiter and manager for various Fortune 500 companies. Brandy enjoys spending her free time on her wine vineyard in Southern Virginia, preparing for the opening of their tasting room. She also enjoys traveling with her family and is active in her daughter’s school and extracurricular activities.

Justin is a digital strategist who is leading Full Visibility’s expansion into the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community mission areas. Justin started his career as a software developer before advancing to a senior executive in a large consulting firm. He has demonstrated a deep expertise in technical program leadership, business development, and business operations while driving innovation and delivery success in complex and dynamic operational environments. Outside of Full Visibility, Justin loves spending time with his wife and three children, coaching flag football, steaming crabs, and running. He is a National Down Syndrome Society Athlete Ambassador and spends time raising awareness of Down syndrome. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Tamara manages Full Visibility operations – from human resources to accounting. She has made an impact on building and growing our people operations and policies. Tamara delivers onboarding to all Full Visibility new hires and has created a welcoming environment for our multidisciplined geographically diverse staff. In her free time, Tamara enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with family. She is also very involved with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and homeschool co-op. Prior to joining Full Visibility in 2020, Tamara has worked in administrative and operations positions. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.

Matt is a senior technical director who specializes in software development. He has nearly 25 years of experience supporting engineering projects for law enforcement and national security missions. Matt has led the development of enterprise data processing projects and mission-oriented tools. In his free time, Matt enjoys coaching his son's youth hockey team and exploring new destinations with his wife and three kids. Matt is a serial hobbyist and enjoy making craft kimchi, tinkering with his hydroponic garden, and delving into any interesting technology or source code. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis and a Master of Information Technology from Virginia Tech.

Dan is a senior technical director who has supported federal government clients with innovative solutions for over 20 years. Dan specializes in application development and has provided invaluable technical expertise for the design and development of law enforcement applications. He also uses his technical knowledge to help bolster Full Visibility’s growth and partnership with industry. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering and a Master of Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Shannon serves as the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and has over 16 years of experience building and maintaining security programs in support of federal contracts. Shannon maintains security processes and policies for Full Visibility employees. Prior to joining Full Visibility, Shannon managed a team of security professionals that ran a security program of over 1,500 employees. In her free time, Shannon enjoys giving back to her community as a board member for two local non-profit organizations. She is passionate about homeschooling her children, and coaches their sports teams. Shannon is also a children’s book author.
