Dave has over 20 years of experience delivering technical solutions and program management support to law enforcement and national security missions focused on innovation software and data solutions.

Dave is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
