Full Visibility continues support for the Arlington Free Clinic with 2020 Bronze sponsorship

VIENNA, VA. July 30, 2020. Full Visibility, a Virginia-based technology solutions company recently pledged its support for the Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) with a bronze sponsorship during its 2020 donation drive.

Since 1994, AFC has been providing free, high-quality health care to low-income, uniinsured Arlington County adults through the support of donors and volunteers. According to the organization’s website, the clinic serves about 1,600 patients a year, treating every condition from chronic diabetes to cancer - offering wellness programs and increased focus on preventive care to help its patients live healthier lives, and most recently have expanded dental care.

“This has always been a charity close to our hearts as long-time residents of this community.” said President and CEO Rob Andreev. “We know that while everyone is feeling the impacts of this pandemic, those called to serve others have unique challenges. Full Visibility Awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract

Full Visibility was recently awarded the government-wide Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract, designed to “provide all Federal agencies the ability to procure customized human capital management and training services through a streamlined, strategically sourced contract vehicle.” HCaTS is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle managed through a partnership between the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

“This recent award allows us to expand our long partnership with the federal government and its industry partners delivering customized, best-in-class strategies to innovate complex human capital and training requirements.” said President and CEO, Rob Andreev.

Federal agencies can use HCaTS to procure services in three Key Service Areas (KSAs): Customized Training and Development Services; Customized Human Capital Strategy Services and Customized Organizational Performance Improvement.

According to the HCaTS program factsheet, these contracts are “part of a strategic, government-wide movement to “buy as one” through Category Management and are an important first step in OPM’s work to optimize spending in the human capital category”.

Full Visibility one of 23 small businesses awarded $7.5B DISA IT contract

VIENNA, VA. July 11, 2019. Full Visibility LLC has been named one of 23 small businesses that will join the Systems Engineering, Technology and Innovation (SETI) contract issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

The contract is a $7.5 billion initiative to promote innovation for military research and further develop defense information technology.

Full Visibility successfully renews GSA contract on IT Schedule 70

Full Visibility has successfully renewed its GSA IT Schedule 70 contract to offer commercial IT products and services to the government. According to GSA’s website, this schedule allows federal customers to “shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance, and get the best value for over 7.5 million innovative IT products, services, and solutions”.

Vendors must remain in good standing and comply with schedule contract requirements to be eligible for renewal. Full Visibility’s GSA contract GS-35F-197BA will extend for another three years and up for renewal in February 4, 2024.

Full Visibility Awarded New Contract with National Parks Service

Full Visibility LLC, a technology solutions firm specializing in custom system development and data analytics to support federal and state agencies was recently awarded an IT services contract through the U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park Service (NPS).

Full Visibility will provide server maintenance, development and support for the NPS Harper's Ferry (HFC) Publications division's (PUBS) to Filemaker Pro workgroup information system. This highly interactive, automated system allows HFC staff to access over 20 years of data and resources used to reference, classify and create various media, park-related illustrations, publications and other source materials utilized by the public.

Full Visibility recently attended the the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Advisory Policy Board (APB) open session meeting held December 5-6, 2017 in Oklahoma City.

The FBI CJIS APB is responsible for reviewing policy issues and appropriate technical and operational issues related to the programs administered by the FBI's CJIS Division, and thereafter, making appropriate recommendations to the FBI Director. Full Visibility Project on Shortlist for 2017 Elastic Cause Awards

WASHINGTON, DC. February 27, 2017 – Cloudpainter, a collaborative project in partnership with Full Visibility which combines data science with art to enable a robot to create its own original compositions and artwork, was one of eleven submissions shortlisted for the first-ever Elastic Cause Awards.

The awards program, launched by Elastic, the company behind popular open source projects such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash,  is part of “an ever-expanding philanthropic mission vital to its company culture – according to the company’s website.

“This is thrilling for us to have our project idea be recognized as both ‘game-changing’ and ‘impactful’, said Pindar Van Arman, creator of cloudpainter and member of the FV project team. “I’ve always maintained that everything is data – even art...Elasticsearch has elevated this technology’s potential by enabling the robot to not just paint – but add layers of complexity similar to human functioning that can simulate a specific artistic style and even develop its 'own' creative art”.

Full Visibility Invited to First-Ever Google TensorFlow Dev Summit 2017

WASHINGTON, DC. February 17, 2016 – Full Visibility LLC participated in the first ever Google TensorFlow Dev Summit held at Google headquarters in Mountain View, CA.  Several Full Visibility developers were selected from thousands of applicants to attend the inaugural event in person.

The one-day conference drew industry leaders, machine learning experts and enthusiasts from around the country, with livestreaming events hosted at Google offices and online communities around the globe. Since TensorFlow’s release to the open source community late 2015, Google’s machine learning software has allowed developers of varying skills and abilities to work with Deep Learning frameworks, and share their algorithms that use it. Within its first year TensorFlow has been used in over 6,000 open-source repositories online- helping users across all disciplines in a variety of applications from language translation to early detection of skin cancer. 

“This was a unique and exciting opportunity to engage with thought leaders in the Tensorflow and broader machine-learning community,” said Matt Beiriger, a Full Visibility Technical Director in attendance. “Over the last several months, we have really started to leverage machine learning, specifically deep learning to help solve some of the artificial intelligence challenges we face in our current work."

TensorFlow lead developers Jeff Dean, Rajat Monga and Megan Kacholi delivered the keynote address, where they discussed the software’s progress; performance and scalability, and its various applications around the world. The team also debuted its latest release: TensorFlow 1.0 - marked by key improvements to the framework’s array of machine learning functions from speed to compatibility. The event continued with technical talks and demos from TensorFlow team members, along with presentations by industry experts describing their applications of TensorFlow technology in other fields including medicine and creative arts.
