Full Visibility Named a Washington Business Journal "Best Places to Work" for 5th Straight Year

WASHINGTON, DC. June 24, 2017. Full Visibility LLC, a Virginia-based technology solutions leader in data analytics and custom software design was named one of Greater Washington’s “Best Places to Work” for the 5th consecutive year.

The Washington Business Journal's 11th annual Best Places to Work program honors 85 Greater Washington companies that scored highest among hundreds of employers that participated in Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace’s annual employee engagement survey. The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges.

Full Visibility was announced number three in the "Medium Business" category, during a special awards event at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater a few days ago, and was also featured in a special supplemental June 23rd issue Journal.

"This is a wonderful validation of the continuing work, value and trust we place in an employee-first culture." said Full Visibility President, Rob Andreev, who was in attendance at the awards ceremony. "This single focus has been the catalyst for all the other successes we've realized as a company. It's fueled our commitment to high-quality benefits and employee-supportive programs; which as a result has created commitment and value for the customers we support."

Winners were ranked based on the results of an employee engagement survey powered by market researcher Quantum Workplace, which evaluated several criteria including: Employee Alignment with Company Goals; Manager Effectiveness; Feeling Valued and Work Engagement.
