This marks the first time Full Visibility has been honored at the top of the list, the fifth consecutive year as a top three finalist, and the ninth appearance overall.

The results were announced during the awards ceremony held on Thursday, May 20th, where Full Visibility ranked first out of 25 finalists in the "Large Company" category.
Full Visibility Chief Technology Officer, David Lekuch, accepted the honor on behalf of the company during the ceremony stating, “I think our formula has been pretty simple over the years. The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges. Winners were ranked based on the results of an anonymous employee survey powered by market researcher Quantum Workplace. The “Large Company” category includes companies with 50 to 249 employees.
