The annual list’s rankings were announced during the awards ceremony held on Thursday, May 11th, where Full Visibility ranked fourth out of 25 finalists in the "Large Company" category. Jake Carter had the honor of accepting this year’s plaque on the company’s behalf at the in-person award ceremony in McLean, VA.
The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges. Winners were ranked based on the results of an anonymous employee survey powered by market researcher Quantum Workplace. The “Large Company” category includes companies with 50 to 249 employees.
